ORDER SUBMISSION – CONSUMER PROTECTION
Placing an order through the e-shop constitutes a distance sales contract governed by the provisions of Law 2251/1994, as amended. It represents a binding purchase offer for the selected products at the total price stated upon order submission, including VAT, packaging and shipping costs, applicable charges, and any discounts available to you as a visitor/customer.
You may validly place an order through the e-shop if you are legally competent under the provisions of the Greek Civil Code (e.g., over the age of 18 and not under judicial support for concluding a contract of sale). Legal representatives of legal entities may also place orders, and the company reserves the right to seek compensation from guardians or custodians for any orders placed by legally incompetent individuals.

ORDER CANCELLATION

This cancellation option is strictly valid for one day after the order is placed. After that point, cancellation is not possible, and you will need to receive the order first and then return or exchange it.

ORDER RETURN – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you wish to exchange a product you have purchased, you may do so within 14 days from the day you received your order.
• Returns are accepted only if the item has not been worn and is in its original condition.
• Please contact us before sending your return to initiate the process.
• Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, regardless of the courier service chosen. If a return is sent with recipient billing or without prior communication, MOOMOO reserves the right to refuse delivery and not proceed with the exchange or refund process..
• Refunds are issued only upon prior agreement.
