Intellectual Property – Photographic Material
Photographers, as creators of original works under Article 2 §1 of the Berne Convention, Law 2121/1993, and Directive 93/98/EC, accept the automatic transfer of their proprietary rights to MOOMOO, in accordance with Article 32 §2 of Law 2121/1993.

MOOMOO obtains full exploitation rights to such works, including the rights to modify, reproduce, and incorporate them into other creations, for the full duration of their protection under:

  • Article 9 of the WIPO Copyright Treaty (Law 3184/2003),
  • Article 12 of the TRIPS Agreement (Law 2290/1995),
  • and Article 6 of Directive 93/98/EC.
