DATA PROTECTION
Photographers, as creators of original works of intellectual property in accordance with Article 2§1 of the Berne–Paris Convention, Article 2§1 of Greek Law 2121/1993 (as currently in force), and Directive 93/98/EC, agree that all proprietary rights and powers over each photo they create are automatically transferred (under Article 32§2 of Law 2121/1993) to the respective company (MOOMOO).
They acknowledge that MOOMOO holds full rights of use, including the right to modify, reproduce, incorporate, and multiply the works for their entire duration, in accordance with:
- Article 9 of the WIPO Copyright Treaty (ratified by Greece through Law 3184/2003, Official Gazette A’ 228/26.09.2003),
- Article 12 of the TRIPS Agreement on Intellectual Property Rights in Trade (ratified by Greece through Law 2290/1995, Official Gazette A’ 28), and
- Article 6 of Directive 93/98.

PRODUCT PRICES
All prices listed for products available through MOOMOO include 24% VAT and exclude shipping or cash-on-delivery charges. These prices apply to the listed products and quantities, assuming availability and sufficient stock. MOOMOO reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice.
ORDER SUBMISSION / CANCELLATION – CONSUMER PROTECTION
Placing an order through the e-shop constitutes a distance sales contract governed by the provisions of Law 2251/1994, as amended. It represents a binding purchase offer for the products listed, at the total price indicated at the time of order submission, including VAT, packaging and shipping costs, any applicable fees, and discounts to which you may be entitled as a visitor/customer.
You can place a valid order through the e-shop if you are legally competent under the Greek Civil Code (i.e., you are at least 18 years old and not under legal guardianship regarding the conclusion of sales contracts). Orders may also be placed by representatives of legal entities. The company reserves the right to seek compensation from a guardian or supervisor in cases where orders are placed by individuals lacking legal capacity.

This cancellation option is strictly available for one day after the order is placed. After that time, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may return or exchange your order after receiving it.
APPLICABLE LAW AND OTHER TERMS
MOOMOO reserves the right to update and modify the terms of transactions after prior notice, and such changes will be effective from the date they are posted on the online store. Failure by MOOMOO to enforce any right shall not be deemed a waiver of that right.
These terms are fully compliant with current European and Greek law. Users acknowledge the company's right to amend the provisions of these terms, to the extent that such changes do not relate to legally binding obligations and do not affect existing transactions.
If, due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes), we are unable to deliver the products you have ordered, we will promptly notify you by phone or email to confirm whether you still wish to proceed with the order. MOOMOO bears no liability for events beyond its control and will make every reasonable effort to serve you in the best possible way.
PROMOTIONAL MESSAGES
www.moomoo.gr gives users the option to receive updates about new products on the market and other potential offers, payment arrangements, etc., by receiving promotional and informational messages via email, postal mail, or phone. www.moomoo.gr will not misuse this service. Users are always given the option to unsubscribe from receiving promotional messages.
SHIPPING WITHIN GREECE
Orders within Greece are delivered via ELTA Courier. Delivery time is 1 to 3 business days from the date of shipment.
Shipping cost: €4 per order, regardless of quantity.
For orders over €50, shipping is free.
For remote areas, registered mail via ELTA may be used.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped via Deutsche Post (Global Mail). Delivery times are calculated from the moment the order is dispatched and are as follows:
- EU: 3 to 6 business days (€7.00)
• Germany: 3 to 6 business days (€6.00)
• United Kingdom: 3 to 6 business days (€7.00)
• USA & Canada: 5 to 9 business days (€10.00)
• Rest of the world: 5 to 15 business days (from €10.00)
Shipping costs are fixed per order, regardless of the number of items.
For orders over €100, shipping is free.
PAYMENT & TRANSACTION SECURITY
Payment is made upon delivery or in advance, using one of the following methods:
- Cash on delivery, when the order is delivered to the address provided (cash on delivery is not available for shipments outside of Greece).
• By credit/debit card from any bank. Our company never stores or accesses your card details.
• Via PayPal, easily and securely through your account.
• By bank deposit. You can pay by depositing the amount into our bank account:

• In case of bank transfer from a different bank, the transfer fees are borne by the customer.
ORDER RETURNS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you wish to exchange a purchased product, you may do so within 14 days from the date you received your order.
- Returns are accepted only if the product has not been worn and is in its original condition.
• Please contact us first before proceeding with the return process.
• Return shipping costs €4.00 if you use ELTA Courier, our partner service.
• If you choose to return the item using another courier, you are solely responsible for the return shipping cost. Otherwise, we will not accept the parcel and it will be returned to you.
• Refunds are only issued after prior arrangement.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order within one day of its completion by sending an email to
Tip: If you are working and no one is available to receive the order at your home, we suggest using your work address for delivery.
To ensure easy delivery, please include your mobile phone number in your contact details.
- Orders completed on Fridays will be delivered starting the following Monday.
• In case of national holidays, there may be a delay in order delivery.
Gift Cards
Our gift cards are a non-refundable payment method and can be used exclusively for product purchases through our online store. They cannot be combined with additional discount codes or other offers, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional campaign (e.g. “buy one get one free”, gifts with purchase, limited-time bundles).
Each gift card is delivered digitally via email only, to the recipient details entered during checkout, and is not subject to shipping charges.
Gift cards are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue. After their expiration, any remaining balance is automatically cancelled and the card becomes inactive. The validity period cannot be extended.
If the total order amount exceeds the remaining balance on the gift card, the difference can be paid using any of the available payment methods at checkout.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part.
In case of product returns paid with a gift card, refunds are issued exclusively as a new gift card of the same value. Refunds to cash or other payment methods are not available.
